Join our dynamic team as a QA Engineer specializing in functional and automation testing. This hybrid role in Hyderabad focuses on ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of cutting-edge solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

You will be instrumental in testing low-code applications, automated workflows, APIs, and conversational AI, collaborating closely with development and data science teams. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of data integrations and AI/ML-enabled features.

As a QA Engineer, you will define and implement the QA strategy, creating and executing comprehensive test plans and scripts across the SDLC. This includes conducting functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Key duties involve validating data integrity within Dataverse, Power Automate flows, and security roles. You will design and execute conversation test scenarios for chatbots, perform API testing using tools like Postman, and conduct performance and load tests using JMeter.

Your role will also include defect tracking via Azure DevOps or Jira, communicating test status to stakeholders, and contributing to the enhancement of QA best practices and automation frameworks.

We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of QA experience, including 1-2 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform solutions. A solid understanding of Power Automate workflows, data-centric applications, and working knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage are essential.

Familiarity with Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies, along with strong software testing principles, is required. Experience in API testing with Postman, performance testing with JMeter, and the ability to validate AI/ML outputs are also crucial.

Experience developing automation scripts for APIs, regression tests, and chatbot responses, alongside a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, will set you apart.
