This hybrid role in Hyderabad involves comprehensive testing of low-code applications, automated workflows, APIs, and conversational AI. You'll be a key partner to developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders, driving the quality assurance strategy from planning through execution.

We are looking for a meticulous individual to validate data integrations and AI/ML features, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the high standards expected for our cutting-edge technology offerings.

You will define and maintain the QA strategy, test approach, and coverage for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.

Key duties include creating, reviewing, and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts across the SDLC.

You will perform various testing types such as functional, smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Your role also involves validating data integrity, designing conversation test scenarios for chatbots, and performing regression testing for AI bot behavior changes.

Additionally, you'll conduct API testing using tools like Postman and JMeter, test data integrations, and plan/execute performance and load tests. Defect tracking, status communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are integral parts of this position. You'll also contribute to QA best practices and automation frameworks.

We require a minimum of 3 years of QA experience, with at least 1-2 years specifically testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Power Automate workflows, data-centric applications, Dataverse, connectors, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage is essential.

Familiarity with Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies, including NLU and multi-turn flows, is expected. A strong understanding of software testing principles and defect lifecycle management is crucial.

Experience with REST API testing via Postman, performance testing using JMeter, and validating AI/ML outputs is required. Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts for APIs, regression suites, and chatbot validation is also a key requirement. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Postman, and Selenium using Python is preferred.
