You'll collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.

This hybrid position is based in Bengaluru and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies in an 'Engineering as a Service/Operate' environment.

Define and maintain the QA strategy, approach, and coverage for Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions. Create, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts throughout the SDLC, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Validate data integrity, Power Automate flows, security roles, and conversational AI scenarios. Perform API testing using tools like Postman and JMeter, and conduct performance and load tests. Identify and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira, and communicate test status and risks to stakeholders. Contribute to QA best practices and automation frameworks.

We are seeking a QA professional with 3+ years of experience, including 1-2 years specifically testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Essential experience includes testing Power Automate workflows, data-centric applications, and a working knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Databricks, and Azure Storage. Familiarity with Copilot Studio or chatbot testing methodologies is crucial. You should possess a strong understanding of software testing principles and have hands-on experience with API testing (Postman) and performance testing (JMeter).

Experience validating AI/ML outputs, designing prompts for AI agent behavior, and developing automation scripts for APIs, regression, and chat flows are key. Python experience for scripted validation is preferred. Knowledge of cloud testing environments and Agile methodologies is a plus.
