Our Indirect Tax team offers specialized expertise, assisting clients in navigating complex tax landscapes. We leverage deep knowledge, advanced technology, and a collaborative approach to deliver strategic insights and solutions that help businesses make informed decisions and manage tax obligations effectively. We cover a broad spectrum of tax disciplines, including Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax, and Transaction Services.

Provide technical expertise in indirect tax matters, including representing clients before judicial authorities and tribunals. Draft legal documents such as writ petitions, replies, and appeals, and offer expert opinions on intricate tax issues.

Advise corporate clients on the indirect tax implications of their business operations, transactions, and supply chain strategies. Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutory provisions, and notifications related to GST, Customs, and historical indirect tax regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a CA or LLB qualification and possess 7 to 12 years of relevant experience.
