Provide expert litigation support, representing clients before judicial authorities, tribunals, and high courts. Draft critical legal documents, including writ petitions, legal replies, and appeals. Offer comprehensive opinions on complex indirect tax issues. Counsel corporate clients on the indirect tax implications of their business operations, transactions, and supply chains. Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutory provisions, and notifications related to GST, Customs, and historical indirect tax frameworks.

We are seeking individuals with a strong background in tax, specifically within indirect tax. A qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is essential.

Candidates should possess 7 to 12 years of relevant experience.
