This Senior Associate role focuses on Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), supporting strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in driving supplier governance, performance tracking, commercial support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional adept at managing multiple workstreams and transforming complex data into actionable insights. Collaboration with SRM colleagues, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and technology teams will be key to success.

Key responsibilities include managing supplier commercial operations and governance, such as coordinating billing cycles, purchase order initiation, and invoice validation. You will maintain spend and contract trackers, prepare commercial review summaries, and assist with contract lifecycle administration. Compliance activities, including supplier due diligence and audit support, are also integral to this role.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for supplier insights, reporting, and data analytics. This involves preparing and maintaining supplier relationship materials, collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources. You will partner with technology teams to test new solutions and produce executive-ready dashboards and reports, ensuring clear insights and accurate supporting data.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, coupled with approximately 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrable experience in preparing reports, validating data, maintaining trackers, and coordinating actions across diverse stakeholders is required.

Candidates must have hands-on experience supporting supplier governance, contracts, compliance, purchase orders, or invoice processes. A proven ability to translate detailed operational information into concise management updates is also a critical requirement for this role. Strong analytical and communication skills are paramount.
