Spearhead strategy formulation and transformation initiatives across diverse sectors including Public Sector, Financial Services, and Technology.

Conduct thorough market research, industry benchmarking, and business analysis to inform strategic recommendations.

Develop and refine organizational structures, target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

Create robust business cases and actionable recommendations for digital and technology-driven transformations.

Translate intricate business challenges into clear, structured insights and executive-level guidance.

Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, proposals, and workshop materials.

Craft compelling visual narratives using charts, infographics, process flows, and diagrams to illustrate strategic concepts.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful engagement delivery.

Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership content, and business development efforts.

Possess 4-5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Consulting, Management Consulting, or Digital Transformation.

Demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas: Business & Corporate Strategy, Digital Strategy, Technology Strategy, Organization & Operating Model Design, Business & Process Transformation, or Technology-enabled Transformation.

Exhibit domain knowledge in Public Sector, Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance), and/or Technology.

Possess strong analytical, research, and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Showcase exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills, including the ability to develop consulting-quality presentations from concept to completion and transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred, with an MBA or Master's degree being an advantage.
