Join our dynamic Strategy & Transformation Consulting team as a Senior Associate. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to craft compelling executive presentations.

You will support critical strategy and transformation projects across Public Sector, Financial Services, and Technology. Your work will help clients define business strategies, design operating models, develop digital transformation roadmaps, and implement technology-driven initiatives.

A key aspect of this role involves translating complex ideas into impactful, consulting-grade PowerPoint presentations that influence client decisions and resonate with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include supporting strategy formulation and transformation engagements across diverse sectors.

You will conduct thorough market research, industry benchmarking, and business analysis to inform strategic assessments.

Contribute to designing organizational structures, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

Develop robust business cases and recommendations for digital and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

Translate intricate business challenges into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.

Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, proposals, and workshop materials.

Utilize charts, infographics, and diagrams to build compelling visual narratives for strategic concepts.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure high-impact consulting delivery.

Support proposal development, thought leadership initiatives, and business development efforts.

We are seeking candidates with 4-5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Consulting, Management Consulting, or Digital Transformation.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is essential: Business & Corporate Strategy, Digital Strategy, Technology Strategy, Organization & Operating Model Design, Business & Process Transformation, or Technology-enabled Transformation.

Domain expertise in Public Sector, Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance), and/or Technology is required.

Exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills are critical, including the ability to develop consulting-quality presentations from concept to completion.

You must be able to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling executive narratives and create visually impactful slides.

Demonstrate strong analytical, research, and structured problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred. An MBA or Master's degree from a reputable institution is a plus. Prior consulting or corporate strategy experience is advantageous.
