As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain software tools for infrastructure testing and verification, dedicating approximately 40% of your time to this crucial area. You will also create and manage automated testing frameworks for our infrastructure (30% of time) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues (20% of time).

Further responsibilities include participating in code reviews to uphold high software quality standards (10% of time). You will contribute to the continuous improvement of service resiliency through automation, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and conduct capacity planning. Additionally, you'll be involved in incident reviews, root cause analysis, and delivering SRE solutions within a multi-cloud hybrid environment.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, coupled with a minimum of 8 years in software development. Essential technical skills include proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java, along with expertise in Kubernetes administration, modern CI/CD techniques, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

A deep understanding of Linux operating systems and TCP/IP fundamentals is required. You should also have experience with software testing methodologies and tools, and be proficient in monitoring, metrics gathering, APM, container management, and log collection tools. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation abilities are vital for this role. Experience with performance and chaos engineering, along with familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, are considered preferred qualifications.
