Seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Engineering as a Service/Operate team in Pune. This role focuses on guiding software and IT projects from conception through completion. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and senior management to ensure successful project delivery.

The position involves developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including scope and schedule management. A key aspect is ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration to overcome complex challenges.

Manage large-scale projects from planning to execution, developing detailed project plans with timelines and resource forecasts. Oversee project financials, monitor performance against benchmarks for scope, budget, and quality, and implement necessary adjustments. Drive organizational change management activities, including user adoption and training plans, while strictly adhering to established processes and policies like SDLC.

Effectively allocate resources, establish schedules, and assign tasks to ensure adherence to best practices in project management. Lead your project team, ensuring alignment of individual skills with project demands, and secure necessary internal and external resources. Champion the project vision and objectives, providing constructive performance feedback to team members.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring team compliance with all policies and procedures. Foster strong stakeholder relationships, building rapport with internal customers, vendors, and senior management to ensure buy-in and coordination. Provide strategic insights to stakeholders and sponsors by defining project goals, prioritizing deliverables, and facilitating critical decisions for successful project outcomes. Communicate challenging issues transparently while maintaining an independent perspective.

Proven expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SAFe is essential. Must possess strong skills in project planning, risk management, and understanding various project management frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities are required, alongside knowledge of scrum events.

Familiarity with budgeting is considered advantageous. The role requires the ability to coordinate releases across multiple teams, holding them accountable for their "Definition of Done." You should be a clear communicator and decisive leader, capable of making informed decisions based on release guidelines.
