Seeking a skilled Scrum Master with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic Pune-based team. This role is pivotal in driving projects within Engineering as a Service and Operate functions, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

As a key individual contributor, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing project plans, encompassing scope and schedule. A significant part of this role involves close collaboration with internal customers, external vendors, and senior management to ensure project success.

You will play a crucial role in managing large-scale projects from initiation through to completion. This includes developing, analyzing, and managing complex project plans that detail schedules and resource forecasts, alongside diligent financial oversight for substantial projects.

Responsibilities include managing project financials, monitoring overall project performance against plans for timeliness, budget, scope, and quality, and making necessary adjustments. You will oversee organizational change management activities, ensuring adherence to established processes and policies like SDLC.

This role demands driving resource allocation, establishing schedules, and assigning tasks to uphold best project management practices. You will manage your project team, ensuring skill alignment with project demands, and request/manage internal and external resources effectively.

Key duties involve promoting project vision and objectives, delivering individual performance feedback, and proactively monitoring project risks. You will ensure project plan compliance and secure stakeholder buy-in through strong relationship building with internal customers, vendors, and senior management. Providing insights to stakeholders and sponsors by setting project goals, prioritizing deliverables, and facilitating decisions is essential.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong command of Scrum and Agile methodologies, including SAFe, project planning, risk management, and project management frameworks. Expertise in Scrum events, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution is mandatory.

A solid understanding of budgeting principles is considered advantageous for this position.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and leader capable of making informed decisions based on release guidelines. Experience in coordinating releases across multiple teams and holding them accountable for the Definition of Done is expected. Proficiency in managing vendor performance and ensuring service level agreements are met, along with assisting in contract negotiations and invoice reviews, is also required.
