Deliver exceptional technical expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and comprehensive financial analysis to support end-to-end M&A execution.

Prepare high-quality investment memorandums, deal materials, and other transaction collateral with rigorous analytical backing.

Conduct thorough industry research, synthesizing key insights to inform transaction strategy and critical decision-making.

Execute LBO analysis and adeptly evaluate deal structures for both buy-side and sell-side mandates.

Leverage working knowledge of SPA and transaction documentation, actively participating in buyer-seller liaison and deal coordination.

Candidates must possess strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis for M&A execution. Proficiency in preparing investment memorandums and deal materials is essential.

Requires the ability to conduct in-depth industry research and synthesize insights for transaction strategy. Experience with LBO analysis and evaluating deal structures is necessary.

Possess working knowledge of SPA and transaction documentation, with exposure to buyer-seller liaison and deal coordination.
