As a Senior Associate in Financial Diligence, you will be responsible for understanding target companies' business, competitive positioning, and financial health. This involves analyzing historical and projected financial information, identifying deal issues, and assessing their impact on transactions. You will also advise on ways to address identified risks and issues, conduct analysis of transaction risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Understanding transaction structures and advising on structuring issues is also a key part of this role.

Key responsibilities include: - Analyzing target company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. - Evaluating historical and current financial data and assumptions. - Identifying and assessing deal issues impacting valuation and advising on solutions. - Analyzing transaction risks and developing mitigation plans. - Providing advice on transaction structuring based on understanding the deal structure. - Demonstrating high team orientation and strong analytical skills. - Effectively communicating both written and orally, including report writing. - Building strong client relationships. - Contributing due diligence experience, potentially from M&A teams or Big 3 CA firms. - Leveraging experience from audit and assurance practices of Big 4 CA firms with due diligence exposure.

To excel in this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant with a strong academic record and 1 to 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Essential skills include a deep understanding of the business and competitive landscape of target companies, proficiency in analyzing financial information and projections, and the ability to identify and address deal-specific issues. You must possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

We are seeking individuals with a collaborative approach, capable of delivering insightful and practical solutions to complex problems. An agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable mindset is crucial. Experience in financial diligence, M&A transactions, data analysis, MIS, and project handling is highly valued. Previous exposure to audit and assurance practices within Big 4 CA firms, along with due diligence experience, is advantageous.
