As a Senior Associate in Financial Diligence, you will be instrumental in delivering technical excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of target companies, including their business, competitive landscape, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. - Analyzing historical and current financial information, as well as projections and underlying assumptions. - Identifying deal issues and assessing their impact on transactions, such as valuation, and recommending effective mitigation strategies. - Conducting thorough analysis of transaction risks and developing strategies to manage them. - Understanding transaction structures and advising on associated structuring issues. - Collaborating effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills, including report writing. - Leveraging strong analytical abilities and client relationship management skills.

To excel in this role, you will need a Chartered Accountant qualification and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis. We are seeking individuals with a practical, problem-solving approach, capable of delivering insightful and actionable solutions for complex issues. The ideal candidate will be agile, curious, mindful, and possess the ability to maintain positive energy while demonstrating adaptability and creativity in their work.
