Join our Capital and Debt Advisory team in New Delhi as a Senior Associate. This role is part of the national Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice, offering exposure to diverse industries and a well-rounded experience. You'll work with clients on their most challenging strategic, financial, and operational questions, utilizing our Capital Agenda framework to guide them.

We support a wide range of clients, including corporates, private equity firms, governments, and educational institutions, by addressing key financial issues. Our expertise spans portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning, and decision support. We empower clients to optimize their risk/return profiles and enhance capital efficiency.

Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) encompass Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate, and Reshaping Results, all powered by advanced technologies. Key focus areas include Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, and Project Finance & Infrastructure.

Demonstrate technical excellence by building and maintaining sophisticated financial models and conducting scenario analyses in Excel. Develop high-quality presentations and information memorandums using PowerPoint and MS Word.

Apply a solid understanding of accounting principles to support financial analysis, deal structuring, and transaction documentation. Coordinate effectively with clients and banks to manage data requirements, diligence inputs, and transaction workflows.

Gain exposure to legal documentation for financing transactions to enhance capital and debt advisory engagements. Contribute to developing insightful and practical solutions for complex client problems.

Candidates must possess an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Financial Analysis is required.
