Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, specifically within Infrastructure Advisory, helps clients navigate complex financial, operational, and commercial questions.

As a Senior Associate in Infrastructure Advisory, you will leverage your expertise in procurement strategy design and implementation for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include preparing Expression of Interest (EoI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. You will also draft concession and contract agreements for public procurement processes.

This role involves hands-on management of end-to-end bidding activities, including pre-bid meetings, managing bidder clarifications, and facilitating bidder communication. You will support technical and financial bid evaluations, contract finalization, and manage associated documentation. A deep understanding of transparency, competitiveness, policy compliance, and early-stage contract implementation for PPP projects is essential.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Infrastructure, Planning, Management, or an equivalent MBA/PGDM. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Procurement, PPP, Economic Development, Project Development, or finance-related work.
