Our Government & Public Sector practice collaborates with governments worldwide to address complex challenges and drive transformation. We specialize in digital overhaul, organizational restructuring, and redesigning public services to enhance efficiency and citizen outcomes.

The Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team enables clients to reimagine their ecosystems and achieve sustainable growth. We tackle the toughest strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions, supporting a diverse range of clients including corporations, private equity, governments, and educational institutions.

Develop and maintain robust financial models to support infrastructure advisory engagements and investment evaluations.

Apply a solid understanding of transport sector fundamentals, including planning, feasibility studies, and project assessment.

Analyze project economics, cash flows, and key assumptions to formulate insightful advisory recommendations.

Utilize consulting frameworks to structure problem-solving approaches and support data-driven decision-making.

Prepare clear, quantitative analyses and client-ready outputs for infrastructure and transport projects.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the infrastructure sector is required.

Essential qualifications include an MBA, MPlan, or B.Tech degree.
