EY seeks a Senior Associate for its Government and Public Sector (GPS) Infrastructure Advisory team in Chennai. This role is part of EY's Transaction Advisory Services practice, focused on helping government entities navigate complex challenges and implement strategic solutions.

The Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team leverages international experience and local insights to address critical problems facing governments today, emphasizing digital transformation and redefining public services.

The SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory practice empowers clients to reimagine ecosystems and reshape portfolios using a Capital Agenda framework. The team assists public sector organizations with strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions, focusing on improved decision-making for capital allocation and risk/return trade-offs.

Provide technical expertise in infrastructure advisory engagements, demonstrating a strong understanding of public sector and governance frameworks.

Support Program Management Unit (PMU) activities, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting on program deliverables.

Develop strategy-led recommendations to tackle infrastructure and policy-related business challenges.

Apply knowledge of trade and investment promotion concepts within advisory and development contexts.

Utilize strong general consulting skills to structure analyses, synthesize information, and produce client-ready outputs.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is required for this role.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential.

Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
