This role is within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Transaction Corporate Finance (TCF) - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory team in Mumbai, focusing on the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors. We help clients navigate strategic and financial challenges to reshape their portfolios and reinvent for the future using our Capital Agenda framework.

Apply in-depth knowledge of investment banking processes, managing end-to-end deal execution. Prepare comprehensive information memorandums and pitch books. Develop intricate financial models using various valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, trading comparables). Coordinate due diligence and review Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).

Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with proficiency in financial databases like Bloomberg and Capital IQ. Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and presentation development is beneficial. Prior experience in the consumer sector is a plus.

Candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), or be a Chartered Accountant (CA). A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Investment Banking is required.
