This Senior Associate role within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) M&A Advisory team in Mumbai focuses on the Consumer and Healthcare sectors (CHS). You'll contribute to a dynamic environment that helps clients navigate complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges.

Drive end-to-end deal execution within investment banking, preparing high-quality information memorandums and pitch books.

Develop sophisticated financial models and conduct valuations using methodologies like DCF and trading comparables.

Manage transaction processes, including coordinating due diligence and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).

Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, alongside financial databases such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ.

Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and presentation enhancement, with a preference for experience in the consumer sector (F&B, BPC, Retail, etc.).

A strong foundation in investment banking processes, evidenced by proven experience in live transactions and complete deal execution, is essential.

Proficiency in preparing comprehensive information memorandums and engaging pitch books to effectively present investment opportunities.

Extensive experience in financial modeling and a solid understanding of various valuation methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and trading comparables.
