Drive end-to-end execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses using methods like DCF and comparable company analysis. Prepare compelling client presentations, pitchbooks, and essential transaction materials.

Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support deal sourcing and execution. Facilitate seamless due diligence processes, coordinating with clients, consultants, and investors. Collaborate closely with senior bankers to formulate strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

Possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and be a Chartered Accountant. Require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Valuation, Investment Banking, Debt Syndication, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
