Your role will involve supporting senior stakeholders and transaction teams with high-quality analysis and practical solutions.

- Conduct in-depth financial research, valuation, and comparative analysis to support M&A advisory processes. - Develop and meticulously review financial models, ensuring accuracy in comparable company analyses and transaction benchmarking. - Coordinate and manage due diligence activities, including data analysis and documentation across various workstreams. - Provide essential analytical support to senior team members and transaction teams, applying general consulting skills effectively. - Contribute to the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from initial analysis to client-ready material preparation.

- A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is required. - A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is also a key qualification. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis is essential for this role. - Demonstrated proficiency in investment banking fundamentals and M&A advisory processes. - Strong capability in building and reviewing complex financial models. - Proven experience in coordinating due diligence and performing data analysis within transaction environments. - The ability to work collaboratively, providing insightful and practical solutions to complex problems, is crucial.
