The Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) sector addresses the dynamic needs of industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Chemicals, Infrastructure, and Industrial Products. We empower clients to navigate evolving business landscapes, focusing on product design, creation, and the buying/selling of goods and services. AMI promotes cross-sector collaboration and resource pooling, connecting regional communities with a robust global sector infrastructure.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. This involves building detailed financial models and valuation analyses, such as DCF and comparable company analysis.

You will prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and other transaction materials. Conducting industry and company research is key to supporting deal sourcing and execution. Coordinating due diligence with clients, consultants, and investors is also a core responsibility. You will work closely with senior bankers to develop strategic insights and deliver recommendations.

The role requires a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountant qualification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis is necessary.

Essential experience includes valuation, investment banking, debt syndication, and mergers and acquisitions. We seek individuals adept at collaborative work, providing services across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
