As a Senior Associate in Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Transaction Capital Facilitation (TCF) - Financial Diligence, you will play a key role in enabling clients to reimagine their ecosystems and reshape their portfolios. You will analyze deal-related financial information, identify critical risk areas, and support transaction advisory work. This includes analyzing historical performance, working capital trends, and quality of earnings.

You will apply general consulting skills to structure analyses, validate assumptions, and present clear financial findings. Exposure to Financial Due Diligence (FDD) processes and transaction support activities is essential, with an emphasis on accuracy, rigor, and timely delivery of diligence outputs. Effectively coordinate inputs, review documentation, and contribute to transaction decision support in senior-field assignments.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong capability in financial diligence with hands-on experience in reviewing deal-related financial information. You must be proficient in analyzing historical performance, working capital trends, and quality of earnings inputs. The ability to leverage general consulting skills for structuring analyses, validating assumptions, and presenting clear financial findings is crucial.
