This Senior Associate role is within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) sector, specifically focusing on Strategy and Transactions (SaT) and Transaction Capital Framework (TCF) Financial Diligence. The AMI sector encompasses Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation, addressing the evolving needs of businesses in how goods and services are designed, created, bought, and sold.

Strategy and Transactions (SaT) enables clients to transform their ecosystems and portfolios. Through our Capital Agenda framework, we tackle complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges. We assist a diverse range of clients, including corporates, private equity firms, governments, and educational institutions, in navigating their critical financial issues. Our services span portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning analytics, and decision support, leveraging advanced analytics and tools to optimize capital deployment and manage risk/return trade-offs.

As a Senior Associate in Financial Diligence, you will leverage your expertise to conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for transactions. This involves meticulously analyzing historical and normalized financial performance, with a strong focus on key areas such as earnings quality, working capital, net debt, and cash flow. Your role will be crucial in identifying significant deal risks, anomalies, and value drivers through rigorous financial analysis.

You will play a key part in supporting transaction advisory engagements by preparing clear, data-driven diligence findings and delivering insightful reports. Essential to this position are strong consulting fundamentals, a commitment to meticulous due diligence execution, and a talent for transaction-oriented financial analysis. Collaboration across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations is also a key aspect of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in conducting financial due diligence across various transactions. The ability to expertly assess historical and normalized financial performance is paramount. You must be proficient in analyzing financial statements and identifying key deal risks, anomalies, and value drivers through structured financial analysis.

Candidates should demonstrate solid consulting fundamentals with a dedicated focus on due diligence execution and transaction-oriented financial analysis.
