This Senior Associate role is within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) sector, focusing on Strategy and Transactions (SaT) with expertise in Financial Diligence. You will contribute to shaping the future by assisting clients in reimagining ecosystems and reshaping portfolios for a better tomorrow.

Engage in hands-on financial due diligence, mastering deal accounting, quality of earnings, and working capital analysis. Analyze financial statements to identify key risks and assess business performance historically. Develop and scrutinize financial models and schedules to support transaction diligence. Gain exposure to transaction advisory workflows, including data room review and diligence report preparation. Apply consulting methodologies to support both buy-side and sell-side financial diligence engagements.

The ideal candidate possesses 3-4 years of experience in financial due diligence. A Chartered Accountant qualification is essential.
