As a Senior Associate in Financial Diligence within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team, you will play a crucial role in enabling clients to reimagine their ecosystems and reshape their portfolios for a better future. Leveraging our Capital Agenda framework, you will address critical strategic, financial, operational, and commercial queries for diverse clients including corporates, private equity firms, governments, and family businesses.

Your expertise in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) will be instrumental in analyzing target company financials, identifying key deal risks, and uncovering value drivers. You will conduct detailed quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and cash flow analyses to support critical transaction decisions. Proficiently reviewing historical financial statements, management accounts, and supporting schedules, you will synthesize findings into clear, transaction-focused deliverables and data-driven insights for deal teams.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), with a proven ability to analyze target company financials and pinpoint crucial deal risks and value drivers. Prior experience in performing detailed quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and cash flow analysis is essential to support informed transaction decisions.

Proficiency in reviewing historical financial statements, management accounts, and supporting schedules for diligence assignments is expected. You must be adept at synthesizing findings into clear, transaction-focused deliverables and delivering data-driven insights to deal teams. A working knowledge of broader consulting and transaction support frameworks relevant to financial diligence engagements is also required. A CA qualification and a minimum of 2 years of audit experience are necessary for this position.
