As a Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in driving Technical Excellence within Financial Due Diligence. Your core responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt.

You will leverage your hands-on audit experience to meticulously assess financial statements, accounting records, and underlying business performance. A key part of your role involves analyzing historical financial data, identifying crucial adjustments, and calculating deal-relevant metrics to inform critical transaction decisions.

Furthermore, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of transaction support processes, including the efficient preparation of diligence reports and the proactive identification of key issues. Your ability to apply core consulting and analytical skills will be vital in delivering accurate, data-backed insights within the demanding and fast-paced deal environment.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of dedicated Financial Due Diligence (FDD) experience.
