You will contribute to a practice that reshapes portfolios and drives innovation through strategic financial insights.

Our SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence team specializes in offering comprehensive solutions across Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Transaction Diligence, and more. We leverage our Capital Agenda framework to address critical financial, operational, and commercial challenges for a diverse clientele, including corporates, private equity, and government entities. We enable better decision-making around capital allocation and risk management to enhance client returns.

Execute client service delivery across a varied client portfolio, taking independent responsibility for smaller engagements.

Manage client relationships effectively, developing rapport with middle management layers.

Ensure strict adherence to risk management strategies, plans, and activities, identifying and escalating potential risk issues.

Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Proactively identify new opportunities within existing client relationships and communicate them to management.

Build internal networks across peer groups and firm levels to gain comprehensive understanding of client issues.

Possess a strong foundation in audit principles and practices.

Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.

Proven experience in Statutory Audit is required.
