As a Senior Associate in Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - TCF - Financial Diligence, you will play a key role in helping clients reimagine their ecosystems and reshape their portfolios. You will utilize our Capital Agenda framework to address complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions. This involves working with various entities including corporates, private equity firms, governments, and educational institutions on their critical financial matters. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients with capital allocation, financial planning analytics, and decision support, ensuring better allocation of capital and effective risk/return management. You will be instrumental in supporting our Connected Capital Solutions offerings, which aim to drive competitive advantage and increased returns through improved decision-making.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong financial diligence expertise, with the ability to critically analyze historical financial statements, KPIs, and underlying business performance. You must demonstrate proficiency in conducting quality of earnings, working capital, debt, and cash flow assessments within transaction support contexts. A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is essential. While a Chartered Accountant qualification is preferred, practical experience in preparing diligence reports, identifying financial risks, and highlighting key transaction implications is crucial. You should also possess general consulting skills applicable to structured financial analysis and client-facing engagements.
