Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate specializing in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). This role involves designing, developing, and supporting robust SAP MDG solutions. You will configure and enhance core MDG functionalities for critical master data domains, including Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Financial data.

Your expertise will be crucial in building and improving MDG Fiori applications and custom UI components. You will also be involved in developing various ABAP objects and configuring SAP Workflow for effective governance processes. Design, develop, and enhance SAP MDG applications and custom developments. Configure and develop SAP MDG solutions for Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Financial master data. Develop and enhance MDG Data Models, Change Requests, Workflows, BRF+, UI configurations, and Validation/Derivation rules. Build and enhance SAP MDG Fiori applications and custom UI components. Develop ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, Function Modules, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and OData Services. Configure and customize SAP Workflow for governance processes. Develop APIs, Web Services, IDocs, ALE, and integration interfaces. Perform data migration and replication using SAP Data Services, DRF, and MDG standard mechanisms. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support. Optimize application performance and adhere to SAP development standards.

A minimum of 3 to 12 years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG is essential. Demonstrate strong expertise in MDG implementation, including data modeling, change requests, and workflow configuration. Proficiency in developing custom UI components and SAP Fiori applications. Solid understanding of ABAP development, including reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Experience with SAP Workflow, APIs, Web Services, and IDocs is required. Familiarity with data migration and replication tools like SAP Data Services and DRF is advantageous. Ability to participate actively in requirement gathering, technical design, code reviews, and testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
