Seeking an experienced SAP Workflow & ABAP Developer with 3-7 years of expertise to build and optimize custom SAP solutions within ECC/S/4HANA environments. This role involves delivering robust workflow solutions for diverse business processes, including procurement, supply chain, and finance. Collaboration with business users and stakeholders is key to identifying and implementing effective solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical acumen in SAP Workflow and ABAP development, coupled with a solid understanding of functional business processes.

Design, configure, and enhance SAP workflows to automate business processes, approvals, and notifications. Implement event linkages, BOR/Classes, task containers, and deadline monitoring. Develop workflow user tasks (UI5/Fiori My Inbox, SAP GUI, Web Dynpro) and support monitoring/error resolution. Create custom workflow templates, rules (BRF+, Rule Resolution), and optimize inboxes. Develop ABAP development objects and enhancements across SAP modules. Participate in full lifecycle ABAP development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment support. Monitor and troubleshoot SAP workflows and ABAP developments in production. Prepare technical design documents and participate in code reviews. Debug ABAP code, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Have 3-7 years of experience in SAP Workflow, BRF+, ABAP, OOP, and modern ABAP technologies like CDS Views and OData Services. Demonstrate 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Workflow design, development, and support. Proficient with workflow tools including Workflow Builder, Business Object Builder, and UWL. Strong SAP Workflow experience supporting key business processes and developing solutions for approvals, notifications, escalations, and substitutions. Exhibit strong ABAP development experience including reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, BADIs, user exits, and object-oriented programming. Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments is essential. Exposure to SAP Fiori, My Inbox, CDS Views, OData Services, and workflow-related UI development. Familiarity with SAP BTP and working with services deployed on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Good understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance business processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are required.
