Join our team as an experienced SAP Workflow & ABAP Developer, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of custom SAP solutions within ECC and S/4HANA environments. This role focuses on creating robust workflow solutions for diverse business processes, including procurement, supply chain, and finance. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define and implement effective solutions, leveraging your expertise in SAP Workflow and ABAP.

Craft and configure SAP workflows to automate business processes, manage approvals, and streamline notifications. Implement critical workflow components such as event linkages, BOR/Classes, task containers, and escalation mechanisms. Develop user-friendly workflow interfaces (UI5/Fiori My Inbox, SAP GUI, Web Dynpro) and provide support for monitoring and error resolution. Create custom workflow templates, rules, and optimize inbox functionalities. Design and develop ABAP objects and enhancements across various SAP modules, supporting end-to-end development lifecycles from design to deployment. Monitor and troubleshoot production workflows and ABAP developments, review functional requirements, and contribute to technical design documents. Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and optimize ABAP code for performance.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required. Candidates should have 3-7 years of experience with SAP Workflow, BRF+, ABAP, OOP, and modern ABAP technologies like CDS Views and OData Services. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Workflow design, development, and support is essential, along with proficiency in tools like Workflow Builder and Business Object Builder. Experience developing workflow solutions for approvals, notifications, and escalations is necessary. Strong ABAP development skills, including reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, BADIs, and user exits, are crucial. Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments, along with exposure to SAP Fiori, My Inbox, and SAP BTP, is expected. Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning abilities are a must, alongside a good understanding of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance business processes and strong communication skills.
