As a Resource Management Senior Associate, you will lead staffing initiatives for designated regions or teams, working closely with service delivery managers to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency. You will meticulously track, monitor, and analyze demand pipelines, new business pursuits, and staff augmentation needs.

Your responsibilities include evaluating internal capacity and external hiring pipelines, assigning projects based on required skills and experience, and ensuring adherence to all workforce management policies and regulatory requirements. You will also mentor and supervise junior team members, manage scheduling tools, resolve conflicts, and proactively minimize bench time to meet key performance indicators like employee utilization and demand fulfillment rates.

To excel in this role, you should be a graduate with 4-7 years of experience in workforce management, possessing a solid understanding of service delivery's operational and financial aspects.
