Join EY's leading workforce management team, offering exceptional client service and career development. We provide opportunities to analyze, innovate, and act globally, focusing on optimization and solution-oriented best-in-class services. As part of EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS), a network of over 50,000 professionals, you'll contribute to our Next Wave strategy and building a better working world. Develop your professional skills in a global environment, learning from industry leaders and a path-breaking leadership team. We invest in your growth through learning, networking, experiences, and coaching. Within a 300+ member team supporting four unique Service Lines, you'll consistently find opportunities to showcase your talents and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate in Resource Management, you will lead staffing for your assigned region or service team, collaborating with service delivery managers to implement efficient resource management processes. Your role involves tracking, monitoring, and analyzing demand pipeline projections, new deals, and staff augmentation needs. You will assess demand fulfillment options, evaluate external hiring pipelines, and assign projects based on required skills and experience. Additionally, you will supervise, train, and mentor junior associates. Key duties include ensuring compliance with WFM rules and policies, implementing staffing plans to minimize unfulfilled demands, capturing and validating demand pipeline projections, performing demand-supply searches, and identifying suitable staffing options based on skills and experience. You will maintain employee schedules, resolve conflicts, minimize bench pipeline through proactive deployment, and be accountable for KPIs like employee utilization and time to fulfill demand. Reporting and analytics on operational KPIs, along with providing functional SME support and regular stakeholder engagement, are also crucial aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess 4-7 years of relevant workforce management experience, coupled with a strong understanding of business models and the operational/financial aspects of service delivery. Essential skills include advanced analytical capabilities for computing staffing demands, validating skills, identifying fulfillment options from internal or bench resources, and negotiating staffing solutions. Proficiency in resource management, demand planning, and MIS is mandatory. Strong execution skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality service are key. A solution-oriented mindset, excellent verbal and written communication, strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, coupled with excellent teaming, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills are expected. Ideally, you will also have a minimum of 1 year in people management and supervision, along with stakeholder management skills and experience in a consulting, technology, financial services, accounting, or professional services organization.
