EY is seeking a Senior Resource Analyst to join their Global Delivery Services team. This role is pivotal in driving data analysis, reporting, and process optimization within the resourcing function. You will be instrumental in developing real-time dashboards, automating reporting, and delivering actionable insights on resource utilization, capacity planning, and workforce performance. The position involves taking ownership of operational efficiency and analytics suites for assigned Service Lines.

Global Delivery Services is a worldwide network of service delivery centers established to support EY's growth strategy. With a significant global presence across ten locations, GDS provides essential support services, including client service and enablement services. The innovation specialists within GDS collaborate to bring together the right environment, technologies, and skilled teams for facilitation and innovative thinking.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reports for resource utilization and capacity planning. You will leverage Power BI and advanced Excel to automate reporting processes and analyze trends, providing strategic recommendations for resource allocation. Furthermore, you will identify and automate inefficiencies in current reporting and resource management processes using VBA, Power Query, and macros, continuously enhancing workflows for scalability and effectiveness.

This role also involves taking ownership of key deliverables, managing multiple priorities, and proactively suggesting process improvements. You will be responsible for optimizing resource management and overseeing team execution when necessary, including personnel allocation and performance evaluation to meet organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development, advanced Excel skills, and experience with VBA, Power Query, and macros for automation. Familiarity with resource management tools like Retain is beneficial. Essential attributes include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
