This Senior Quality Engineer (P3) role is pivotal in shaping the quality strategy for the Identity domain. You'll lead the design and implementation of robust test architectures and automation frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability across multiple products and platforms.

Your expertise will drive quality initiatives and you'll serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence testing standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices.

Develop and refine automation frameworks, shared utilities, and testing infrastructure. Architect comprehensive UI, API, and end-to-end testing solutions. Define and lead the testing strategy for intricate Identity features and user workflows. Create reusable components like Page Object Models, API clients, and test data management solutions. Implement parallel execution, account management, and test lifecycle management frameworks. Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated quality checks, and reporting mechanisms. Set engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for automation. Diagnose and resolve complex failures across applications, APIs, infrastructure, and test environments. Guide and mentor P1/P2 engineers through code reviews and technical knowledge sharing. Collaborate with development, product, and platform teams to enhance testability and overall quality.

Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, and API Automation. Strong foundation in automation architecture, design patterns, and framework development. Proven experience building scalable Page Object Models, API libraries, and shared test utilities. Expertise in parallel execution, test data management, retry strategies, and reliability engineering. Hands-on experience with GraphQL, Spring Framework, OAuth, and REST APIs. Solid understanding of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-based automation infrastructure. Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks utilized by multiple teams and products. Ability to define coding standards, review architectural decisions, and promote technical excellence. Exceptional debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-team technical initiatives.
