A leading technical role focused on shaping the quality strategy for Identity domain services. This position involves architecting robust test solutions, developing shared automation frameworks, and fostering a culture of quality across multiple products. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and reliable software, while also guiding and developing junior engineers.

Develop and enhance sophisticated automation frameworks, utilities, and testing infrastructure. Architect high-performance UI, API, and end-to-end testing architectures. Lead the testing strategy for intricate Identity features and user workflows. Create reusable Page Object Models, API clients, and efficient test data solutions. Implement parallel execution, account management, and comprehensive test lifecycle frameworks. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated quality checkpoints, and insightful reporting. Define clear engineering standards, coding practices, and advanced automation best practices. Diagnose and resolve complex failures across diverse applications, APIs, infrastructure, and test environments. Mentor junior engineers through constructive code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge dissemination. Partner with developers, product managers, and platform teams to elevate testability and overall quality. Champion AI-assisted testing, boost automation efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Possess extensive experience with Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, and API automation. Demonstrate a deep understanding of automation architecture, design patterns, and framework development. Proven ability to build scalable Page Object Models, API libraries, and shared testing utilities. Expertise in parallel execution, test data management, retry strategies, and reliability engineering. Hands-on proficiency with GraphQL, Spring Framework, OAuth, and REST APIs. Solid grasp of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD concepts, Docker, and cloud-based automation infrastructure. Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks utilized by multiple teams and products. Capability to define coding standards, influence architectural decisions, and promote technical excellence. Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-team technical initiatives.
