This role is for a Senior Quality Engineer (P3) who will serve as a technical leader. You will be instrumental in designing test architecture, developing shared automation frameworks, and defining the quality strategy for the Identity domain. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, your focus will be on delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable test solutions. You will also mentor junior engineers and influence quality standards across various products and platforms.

Key responsibilities include enhancing automation frameworks, shared utilities, and testing infrastructure. You will architect scalable UI, API, and end-to-end testing solutions, leading the testing strategy for intricate Identity features. Developing reusable Page Object Models, API clients, and test data solutions is essential, as is designing parallel execution and test lifecycle frameworks. You will also create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, and reporting. Defining engineering standards, troubleshooting complex failures, and mentoring P1/P2 engineers are integral parts of this role. Driving AI-assisted testing and continuous improvement initiatives will also be a focus.

Candidates should possess advanced experience in Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, and API Automation. A strong grasp of automation architecture, design patterns, and framework development is required. Experience building scalable Page Object Models, API libraries, and shared test utilities is essential, alongside expertise in parallel execution, test data management, and reliability engineering. Hands-on experience with GraphQL, Spring Framework, OAuth, and REST APIs is expected. Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-based automation infrastructure is important. The ability to design automation frameworks used by multiple teams, define coding standards, and demonstrate strong debugging and analytical skills are also crucial. Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives is highly valued.
