Key responsibilities include architecting and enhancing advanced automation frameworks, UI, API, and end-to-end testing solutions. You will lead the testing strategy for intricate Identity features, develop reusable components like Page Object Models and API clients, and implement efficient parallel execution and test lifecycle management. Maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, and reporting mechanisms are crucial, as is defining engineering standards and best practices for automation. Troubleshooting complex issues across the technology stack and mentoring junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews will be integral to success.

This role demands advanced proficiency in Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, and API Automation. A strong foundation in automation architecture, design patterns, and framework development is essential. Candidates should have proven experience in building scalable Page Object Models, API libraries, and shared test utilities, with expertise in parallel execution, test data management, and reliability engineering. Familiarity with GraphQL, Spring Framework, OAuth, and REST APIs is required. Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud-based automation infrastructure is also necessary. The ability to design automation frameworks used by multiple teams, define coding standards, and lead technical initiatives, coupled with strong debugging and analytical skills, are critical.
