Lead the operational cadence for leadership forums, managing agendas, pre-reads, and action item tracking.

Develop executive-level dashboards and reports that distill complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.

Drive vendor innovation initiatives, ensuring a structured approach from concept to implementation or conclusion.

Establish robust data governance and reporting processes, including validation controls and single-source-of-truth reporting.

Identify and implement automated or AI-enabled solutions to enhance process speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, offering clear options and next steps.

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or analytics.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently and effectively in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with minimal supervision.

Proven track record of supporting senior leaders and executive governance forums.

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is essential.

Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving.

Ability to connect data, context, and strategy to achieve desired business outcomes.
