We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage operating cadences for leadership forums, create insightful executive-level dashboards, and support innovative vendor initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing robust data governance and reporting processes.

Lead the operational cadence for leadership forums, including agenda planning, pre-read distribution, action item tracking, and decision logging.

Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and compelling narratives to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Act as the operational driver for vendor innovation projects, ensuring a structured progression from concept to pilot and full-scale implementation or discontinuation.

Contribute to data governance and reporting by establishing standardized processes, validation controls, and single-source-of-truth reporting mechanisms.

Continuously identify and propose automated or AI-driven solutions for manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing clear options and recommended next steps.

Adapt swiftly to new and uncharted problem areas, taking full ownership from problem definition through to solution delivery.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or a closely related field is essential.

Demonstrated capability to work autonomously in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments with minimal direct supervision.

Significant experience in supporting senior leaders and participating in executive-level governance and decision-making forums.

Prior experience with data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or SQL is required.

Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and strong analytical problem-solving skills are a must.

Proven ability to integrate data, context, and strategy to achieve desired business outcomes.
