Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate in Project Management, contributing to our Engineering as a Service/Operate function. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence within our Project Management Office (PMO).
We are seeking a proactive individual to manage the operational cadence for leadership forums, ensuring seamless agenda creation, pre-read distribution, action item tracking, and decision logging. You will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable business insights through executive-ready dashboards and compelling narratives.
This position also involves serving as the operational core for vendor innovation initiatives, guiding them from conception through to scaling or strategic exit. Additionally, you will support critical data governance and reporting efforts by establishing robust, repeatable processes and validation controls for single-source-of-truth reporting.
Oversee the operating cadence for leadership forums, including agenda preparation, pre-read dissemination, action item tracking, and decision logging.
Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and narratives that effectively translate complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
Act as the primary operational driver for vendor innovation initiatives, ensuring a disciplined process from idea generation to pilot and scaling phases.
Support data governance and reporting objectives by implementing repeatable processes, validation controls, and establishing a single source of truth for reporting.
Continuously identify and propose solutions for manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes, aiming for automation or AI-driven enhancements to boost speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing clear options and recommended next steps.
Demonstrate agility in adapting to new and unexplored problem areas, taking full ownership from problem definition to solution delivery.
A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or a closely related field is required.
Proven capacity to operate autonomously in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments with minimal oversight.
Significant experience supporting senior leaders or participating in executive-level governance and decision-making forums.
Experience with data, analytics, or visualization tools and certifications, such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to integrate data, context, and strategic objectives to achieve desired business outcomes.
Familiarity with IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation programs is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with dashboard creation, workflow automation tools, AI technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting is beneficial.
Comfort and capability in collaborating with global stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar program management credentials, as well as certifications in automation, AI, or digital transformation.
