Join our team as an MMF Reporting & Analytics Consultant to build and operate a global Market Movement Forecasting (MMF) capability. This role is crucial for standardizing forecasting processes, enhancing accuracy, and delivering actionable insights across business units. You will develop robust forecasting models, establish governance frameworks, and ensure seamless integration of MMF outputs into financial planning and performance reviews. This position offers the opportunity to significantly influence strategic decision-making by providing leadership with clear visibility into commodity-driven impacts, risks, and opportunities.

Key responsibilities involve defining and governing MMF, including establishing standardized models and taxonomy across BUs, enforcing governance policies, and publishing usage guidelines. You will maintain and continuously refine the MMF forecasting model, improve accuracy through analysis, and integrate market indicators. Coordination of MMF inputs during business planning cycles, validation of data, and ensuring alignment with financial planning assumptions are critical. You will also deliver regular MMF updates, highlight material changes, provide leadership-ready insights on financial exposure and market risks, and identify opportunities arising from commodity market movements. Designing and delivering dashboards and reporting frameworks, including commodity forecast trends and financial impact, will be a core part of the role. Additionally, partnering with global stakeholders, acting as a liaison between analytics teams and business units, and driving the adoption of MMF frameworks are essential.

A foundational understanding of the Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft Fabric for data modeling and workflows, Power Apps for data collection, and Power BI for visualization, is required. Functional skills include advanced Excel, financial modeling, familiarity with forecasting techniques, data analytics, and planning tools like SAP, Anaplan, or Hyperion. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa is preferred. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and experience working with global stakeholders across multiple business units are essential, along with excellent communication and influencing skills. A structured problem-solving mindset, strong governance orientation, attention to detail, and high ownership are expected. Experience in global pharmaceutical, MedTech, or consumer goods (FMCG/CPG) organizations and exposure to multi-BU or global operating models are highly valued.
