Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules, designing and implementing goal plan templates, and leading requirements-gathering workshops. You will also configure calibration sessions, manage form templates and permissions, and support integrations with other SuccessFactors modules.

Troubleshooting configuration and workflow issues, developing functional specifications, and providing production support are also integral to this role. Staying updated with SAP SuccessFactors release changes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive talent management ecosystem will be crucial for success.

To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management module. A SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is strongly preferred.

Essential qualifications include a solid understanding of performance management business processes, experience with route map design, form template configuration, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required. Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation experience, are vital.
