Join our team as a Senior Associate focusing on Engineering as a Service and Operations in Bengaluru. This role is central to developing and maintaining our platform infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations from Day-0 through Day-N.

We are seeking a talented software engineer passionate about infrastructure automation, systems integration, and robust platform development. Your expertise will be key in building sophisticated orchestration services, integrating with ServiceNow, developing efficient inventory synchronization, and crafting secure API gateways.

Develop and implement infrastructure automation solutions using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for efficient software delivery. Design and integrate orchestration services, API gateways, and automation workflows. Enhance ServiceNow capabilities through custom integrations and API utilization. Ensure seamless synchronization of asset and inventory data through CMDB and DCIM integrations. Automate monitoring, incident, and change management processes to improve operational efficiency.

Proficiency in development languages including Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Strong understanding of integration technologies including REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and message queues. Familiarity with ServiceNow for service catalog and workflow integrations. Knowledge of platform engineering principles, CI/CD, Git, and GitOps concepts. Experience in asset and inventory systems, including CMDB and DCIM integration. Skills in monitoring and operations, including Dynatrace integration and automation of incident and change processes.
