Administer and maintain Java EE environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Conduct in-depth production troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Leverage observability tools to monitor system health and proactively identify potential problems. Utilize ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Proven experience as a Java EE administrator. Proficiency in WebLogic and Linux environments. Demonstrated expertise in production troubleshooting and issue resolution.
