Seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer I to ensure the stability and performance of cloud infrastructure powering Ad Technology data platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day operations of systems running Airflow (MWAA), Spark, and Flink on AWS EKS and Databricks.

You'll be actively involved in incident response, troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, and implementing enhancements to boost reliability and efficiency. - Provide direct support for production EKS workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure. - Automate infrastructure operations by building and maintaining Terraform modules, scripts, and monitoring tools. - Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for issues within EKS, Istio, and CI/CD systems, documenting resolutions. - Collaborate with application and DevOps teams on shared projects and delivery tasks. - Contribute to operational runbooks, infrastructure standards, and best practices for platform reliability.

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps. - Proven background supporting data systems. - Solid operational expertise with AWS infrastructure, including IAM, VPC, EKS, and ALB/NLB. - Hands-on experience with data infrastructure platforms like MWAA, Databricks, and running Spark/Flink on Kubernetes in production. - Experience supporting and troubleshooting CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and Spinnaker. - Familiarity with cloud security and networking concepts relevant to EKS, including IAM, TLS, VPCs, DNS, and service-to-service access. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to align with distributed engineering teams. - Working knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and scripting languages like Python or Go. - Experience with on-call rotations and high-severity incident resolution across global teams. - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
