Serve as a key resource for content management and publishing teams, troubleshooting metadata and A/V issues.

Audit content against quality standards, monitor systems for alerts, and perform asset management tasks.

Provide data and trend insights to support operational objectives.

Evangelize content specifications, offer technical support to partners, and maintain documentation accuracy.

Communicate technical challenges and operational needs effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Provide feedback on workflows to propose scalable solutions for content management tools.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to issues promptly.

Leverage cross-domain content expertise to drive project execution and product improvements.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital distribution, post-production, or digital asset management is required.

Educational qualifications include BE, B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or M.Tech.

Demonstrated expertise in digital video delivery, including video specifications, ingest platforms, metadata schemas, and content management systems.

Exceptional communication skills are essential for presenting requirements and solutions to internal and external teams.

A strong understanding of the entire digital content lifecycle, from production to delivery, is necessary.

Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methods is a plus.

Experience with specifications and standards documentation is beneficial.

Knowledge of new and emerging video/audio encoding technologies such as 4K/UHD, HDR, and Dolby Atmos is required.
