Join our team as a Workforce Software Consultant and play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing cutting-edge Workforce Software solutions. You'll collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to transform workforce management requirements into effective, scalable system solutions. This role covers essential areas like time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and employee data.

This position offers a dynamic environment where you'll leverage your expertise in techno-functional consulting. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring our clients achieve optimal workforce management through our innovative solutions.

Configure policies, profile baselines, pay codes, and pay code mappings. Manage accruals, premiums, and transaction policies, along with basic scheduling and roles.

Troubleshoot production issues, analyze employee and timekeeping data, and support system upgrades. Coordinate effectively with HR, Payroll, and IT departments, and engage with vendors.

Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to empower users and support successful adoption of the WorkForce Suite.

A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant specializing in Time & Attendance systems, with a strong focus on WorkForce Software.

Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript is essential, alongside hands-on experience with WorkForce Software and other WFM solutions. Expertise in configuring the platform to meet business requirements and testing new configurations is also key.

Demonstrated experience in areas such as HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, or HR Shared Services is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are required to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively across all team levels.
